COVID-19 Response
Here at Nana’s Pizza & Pie we have always taken pride in our cleanliness and have now added extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, our loved ones, and our customers. We thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We have re-evaluated our procedures to identify where cross contamination is most likely.
We have reduced our hours of operation to allow for more time to clean and to reduce employee fatigue.
Dining in & Carrying Out
Statewide Indoor Face Covering Requirement:
We will have the door propped open for you as long as the weather permits us. If you would like curb-side service please specify when ordering and we will gladly bring your food out to your car. Customers are welcome to use our restrooms to wash hands with soap and water.
No more than 4 customers per table and 16 total customers in the store at a time please.
Delivery
Our drivers have been instructed to maintain social distancing while delivering food. We are now offering contactless delivery for those that want this option. Please ask for contactless delivery if you have experienced any symptoms of illness in the last 14 days.
Our drivers will be wearing masks while delivering your food.
Our Staff
We will be practicing social distancing and using common sense even while not at work. Our staff has done an amazing job at stepping up to this challenge. Everyone here has been taking their responsibilities seriously and we are very proud of all of our workers.
We have reduced staffing down to a core group. If any of our employees become ill, the restaurant will close for a quarantine period of 14 days. We pray that it doesn’t come to that but we are prepared for the worst.
